I’m very happy with the quality and service of my roof replacement. Bill was a pleasure to work with up front during the sales process. Kimberley made it a breeze to get it scheduled quickly and Rick and the roofing crew completed the work professionally and quickly. Rick took the time to go over the process in the morning and sent me progress videos and text throughout the day showing the progress. The clean up was immaculate. If you’re looking for a good quality roof replacement, this is your company.

Neil is Amazing. He pays attention to details and is always out to be sure his customers are satisfied!

Great price on architectural shingles for a large, steep roof! Kimberly, Rick, Sebastian and crew are amazing at their job and a pleasure to work with. The crew worked their tales off on that steep roof and I am more than happy with the end product. They were very cautious to protect my surrounding landscape, deck, pool, and pool pump. Crew did an excellent job with cleanup also. No nails yard or driveway, which was a major concern of mine. Big thanks to Custom Home Improvement!

Custom Home Improvements and Repairs were awesome! They inspected the roof, took photos, and explained how our roof needed to be replaced. Kimberly and Rick orchestrated the process and it couldn’t have been better. Plus, Rick sent us videos periodically throughout the work, keeping us abreast of progress. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new roof!

I had a wonderful experience working with Custom Home Improvements from start to finish having a new roof installed! Bill started the journey with a deep, thoughtful walkthrough of the process and the company’s available options. He answered dozens of our family’s questions and helped us make informed decisions about what options were right for our lifestyle and house. Bill made the whole buying process comfortable and easy. Kimberly helped coordinate and fill our family in on the details of the work and who we would be working with. She was kind, informative, and made us feel confident in the team and the process. Rick and his team did our roof installation, and truly blew us away. Rick kept us up to date on every step of the process, took dozens of pictures and videos to share with us showing the progress and changes the work had done in transforming our home, and was proactive in making the whole experience as straightforward and comfortable as possible. Rick’s incredible communication really sealed our experience with Custom Home Improvements, making the entire installation as easy for our family as possible. The team finished over the start of a weekend, cleaned up as if they had never been there, and left us wowed at the beautiful new roof on our home. Thank you to the amazing team at Custom Home Improvements for our wonderful new roof! We had such a positive buying experience with our roofing process, and are thankful to all the people behind the work that made it that way.

Custom Home Improvement put new siding on our home this year, a beautiful job and we are very pleased. During the summer while my husband was seriously ill, I damaged the garage door. While at the doctors once more, Efrain and Mark came here and repaired the damage. They, as usual, did an amazing and quick job. Thanks guys for your help

They did a great job on our roof, and kept us informed on everything while work was being performed with videos, Highly recommend

Work (whole house trim wrap) was completed in one day and done professionally. Efrain Ortiz was thorough and went over everything that was done. The crew was professional and left the house in perfect condition.

Efrain and his crew did an amazing job replacing all of the columns on our front porch and adding all new railing. Our porch used to be sad and empty with rotting columns but now its clean and cozy! The team was professional and clean, they started around 7:30am and finished around 5:30pm. Very impressed!

Efrain and his crew from Custom Home Improvements did an exceptional job replacing the soffit on our home. Over half the original soffit had been damaged due to years of storms and patch work fixes necessitating replacement for the entire house. It wasn’t cheap - however- I do feel that we did get the full value of our dollar. Efrain demonstrated reliable communication as to when the material would arrive, work startup, and made multiple quality inspections during the course of the project. Once work began the crew worked quickly and cleaned up every thing at the end of work day. The entire house was completed in just 3 days. The end result was soffit that framed our home beautifully looking better than when we bought it. The metal work looks seamless. I would recommend, and will reach out again for other home improvements or repairs. He and his crew were respectful and kind to all the comings and going’s of a home with 3 kids who have to do virtual schoolwork bc of flooding. Thank you!
