I want to personally thank Fransisco and Kimberly from Custom Home Improvements for recently taking excellent care of me and expediting getting an area on my soffit covered that leads into my attic. They both went out of their way at such a busy time for their roofing and siding department to get this done. They have in the past done my roof, siding, porch railings, and some additional work . I would highly recommend this company.

They did what they said they would do, showed up on time and went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I was very happy with the outcome and the time they took to clean up every day prior to leaving. They replaced my siding and trimmed all my windows and doors.Update - Had an issue with my shutters after a few years and spoke with Mark who addressed the issue. They stood behind their work and fixed the problem with no cost to me. Both Mark and Ifrain did a professional job fixing the problem. I would highly recommend this company as they stand behind their work, and the work is top notch. They are a five-star company

Mr. Demetrius came to our house and did an estimate on the roof and gutters the estimate was good so we asked for an estimate on the siding also he was great and did the estimate everything so far worked out great

Mark with Custom Home Improvements installed our storm door last year and we later had some issues with the latch…. I called Mark and he reordered the part and fixed the door. It looks great and it’s even easier to use now. I would recommend this company and Mark for any home improvements! Great communication and the office staff were easy to work with.

Custom Home Improvement installed a white Porch railing system with turned posts on my house replacing an old starting to rot wood system. Mike(the estimator), Effren(the overseer), and Kim (the Installer), all did an excellent job from start to finish without delay, all dates and times were met. Kim most notably did a great install making sure everything was true, level and tight by himself without help. Clean up was awesome taking all the old rails leaving nothing behind.

Demetrius is one heck of a salesman. He did a great job educating my wife and I on the entire roofing process and answered any and all questions thoroughly. At no point did I feel like he was pressuring us into the sale. He has reached out a couple times since the roof was completed to make sure we are happy with our roof and our experience with this company. Demetrius has also given my number out and gotten me a handful of jobs for my business as well.

We hired Definitive Home Improvement to do a complete renovation of our extremely outdated bathroom. The price was affordable, the guys that were on site respected our home and kept their work area very clean. Great workmanship from plumbing, flooring to tiling. Owner Frankie is such a pleasure to deal with and communicates throughout the entire process. I'm obsessed with our new bathroom. I am providing a 5 star rating to the team at CHI&R regarding the roof replacement for my home in Williamsburg, VA for various reasons. First, their responsiveness while scheduling the job was excellent. Kimberly at the office kept me constantly apprised of the challenges due to rain and storm forecast changes.Secondly, once the job begun, they worked very hard to finish a section of the roof before a forecasted rainstorm. Third, the supervisor, Rick Lesoine, was a constant presence to ensure that the team executed the installation according to their high standards.
