    I’m very happy with the quality and service of my roof replacement. Bill was a pleasure to work with up front during the sales process. Kimberley made it a breeze to get it scheduled quickly and Rick and the roofing crew completed the work professionally and quickly. Rick took the time to go over the process in the morning and sent me progress videos and text throughout the day showing the progress. The clean up was immaculate.     Great price on architectural shingles for a large, steep roof! Kimberly, Rick, Sebastian and crew are amazing at their job and a pleasure to work with. The crew worked their tales off on that steep roof and I am more than happy with the end product. They were very cautious to protect my surrounding landscape, deck, pool, and pool pump. Crew did an excellent job with cleanup also. No nails yard or driveway, which was a major concern of mine. Big thanks to Custom Home Improvement!

    Custom Home Improvement put new siding on our home this year, a beautiful job and we are very pleased. During the summer while my husband was seriously ill, I damaged the garage door.     Efrain and his crew did an amazing job replacing all of the columns on our front porch and adding all new railing. Our porch used to be sad and empty with rotting columns but now its clean and cozy! The team was professional and clean, they started around 7:30am and finished around 5:30pm. Very impressed!

    Efrain and his crew from Custom Home Improvements did an exceptional job replacing the soffit on our home. Over half the original soffit had been damaged due to years of storms and patch work fixes necessitating replacement for the entire house. It wasn’t cheap - however- I do feel that we did get the full value of our dollar. Efrain demonstrated reliable communication as to when the material would arrive, work startup, and made multiple quality inspections during the course of the project. Once work began the crew worked quickly and cleaned up every thing at the end of work day. The entire house was completed in just 3 days. The end result was soffit that framed our home beautifully looking better than when we bought it. The metal work looks seamless. I would recommend, and will reach out again for other home improvements or repairs. He and his crew were respectful and kind to all the comings and going’s of a home with 3 kids who have to do virtual schoolwork bc of flooding. Thank you!
