Very smooth transition, professional and a pleasure to work with. Mark came by and did the measurements and gave me an estimate of the round about time of when materials would be available and install date. Chad and his crew came for the installation of my windows. They did an amazing job of install, once again professional and very respectful of the property. I highly recommend if you’re looking for great quality of work and professional service.

We needed some trim coil replaced around doors and garage door. Mark started working and found some wood damaged above garage door and immediately advised us and replaced it with a new piece of wood and then proceeded with repairs. The job took quite a bit longer than he expected but he stayed till all was finished. He did an outstanding job and it looks terrific. I highly recommend Custom Home Improvement.

I had a fantastic experience with Demetrius. They were incredibly thorough during the roof inspection, taking the time to explain every detail of their findings and answering all of my questions. It’s clear they are experts in their field and truly care about the quality of their work. I felt completely informed and confident after the inspection. Highly recommend!

We got all our windows replaced by Custom Home Improvements. They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend!!!The whole experience was great. The salesman, Terry, was very knowledgeable and professional, and not pushy at all. The managers, Mark and Efrain, have great communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. And the actual installation crew, Eddy and crew, were top notch! They worked hard, cleaned up super well, and most importantly, the windows were installed expertly and look amazing!!!

We chose Custom Home Improvement to re-side our house in Chesapeake. Efrain Ortiz, Francisco and crew came to our house, did a wonderful job, and the new siding and quality of work makes the house look great. They were professional and work was exceptional. Efrain was a great communicator, immediately available, quickly addressed any questions or issues and we are very happy with the work. Efrain ensured we were completely satisfied with the job. I want to personally thank Fransisco and Kimberly from Custom Home Improvements for recently taking excellent care of me and expediting getting an area on my soffit covered that leads into my attic. They both went out of their way at such a busy time for their roofing and siding department to get this done. They have in the past done my roof, siding, porch railings, and some additional work . I would highly recommend this company.

They did what they said they would do, showed up on time and went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I was very happy with the outcome and the time they took to clean up every day prior to leaving. They replaced my siding and trimmed all my windows and doors.Update - Had an issue with my shutters after a few years and spoke with Mark who addressed the issue. They stood behind their work and fixed the problem with no cost to me. Both Mark and Ifrain did a professional job fixing the problem. I would highly recommend this company as they stand behind their work, and the work is top notch. They are a five-star company

Mr. Demetrius came to our house and did an estimate on the roof and gutters the estimate was good so we asked for an estimate on the siding also he was great and did the estimate everything so far worked out great
