Efrain and his crew from Custom Home Improvements did an exceptional job replacing the soffit on our home. Over half the original soffit had been damaged due to years of storms and patch work fixes necessitating replacement for the entire house. It wasn’t cheap - however- I do feel that we did get the full value of our dollar.Efrain demonstrated reliable communication as to when the material would arrive, work startup, and made multiple quality inspections during the course of the project.Once work began the crew worked quickly and cleaned up every thing at the end of work day. The entire house was completed in just 3 days.The end result was soffit that framed our home beautifully looking better than when we bought it.The metal work looks seamless.I would recommend, and will reach out again for other home improvements or repairs.He and his crew were respectful and kind to all the comings and going’s of a home with 3 kids who have to do virtual schoolwork bc of flooding.Thank you!

Demetrius came to my home to inspect my old roof, explain the installation, and help me choose the materials. He made a daunting process stress-free for me. Kimberly, the scheduling manager was on point with her texts and calls to thoroughly explain next steps and get me scheduled and then rescheduled due to the weather forecast of a thunderstorm.The communication and transparency throughout the process was impeccable.
