Approximately 12 years ago we had CHI&R do our siding that coincided with an addition. We were so pleased with their customer service, quality of work genuine communication skills that when it came time to replace our roof it was a no brainer who it was going to be. Once again they did not disappoint. Keith, who was our sales rep, was the same person we had 12 years ago for the siding job and he was straight forward and gave us a very fair price as a returning customer. Kimberly was terrific letting us know what was going on with the scheduling and Rick was the onsite company rep that kept us in the loop with everything that was going on during the entire process and was more than happy to answer all of my stupid questions.What I really want to mention was the outstanding job the crew lead, Sebastian, and his merry men did. I have NEVER seen this before during a roof replacement-these guys actually covered all four sides of our house with tarps during the old shingle removal so that the exterior would not get dirty-unbelievable. Who does that? CHI&R does, that's who! I could go on and on but you get the idea. Hire these guys you won't regret it.

I would highly recommend custom home improvement for roofing and exterior home improvements. The team is outstanding from our salesman Jeremy, to Neil, and Efrain. Neil over saw the crew out our house. He took the time to answer questions and walk me through the work being done. Efrain went out his way to install down spouts, which was something we asked for after that fact. Jeremy was very thorough walking us through the materials and process to install a new roof. Excellent experience from the office staff, the individual who came out and gave the estimate, the workers who were onsite to replace my roof. They arrived precisely at 7 AM and left around 7:30 PM. The supervisor kept texting me updates the entire time they were at my home.

I looked around at few companies to replace my roof. I am so glad I went with Custom Home Improvements! Kimberly was sweet and answered all of my questions and when she said Neil and his team will be there at 7:30am they sure were there at 7:30am SHARP ready to go! Their financing options superior to the other companies and didn’t give me any bait and switch tactics unlike other companies I received quotes from. They even show you how your roof looks and Neil explained to me how and why the wood on my roof was in good shape! They cleaned up the area very nicely. I will be using them in the future for my siding. Can’t wait for the future projects I will be calling them to do.
