A shout out to Kimberly and Francisco at Custom Home Improvement. Custom Home Improvement repaired a soffit on the front of our house and also did some additional exterior work. Kimberly was very helpful in scheduling a prompt appointment. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Francisco arrived on time and was very efficient in completing the work. After getting estimate from four different companies custom Home Improvement is definitely above all. Don’t waste your time check other companies.My roof looks beautiful. I highly recommend this company! From the beginning to the end, 100% satisfied. Greg was very respectable and patient through the whole sales process. I can’t say enough about this man. I require a lot of patience as I was trying to make sure I got the best roof product warranty and the best deal combined. And I did. Everyone deserves a pat in the back including the installers. Rick was very nice and present 90% of the time through the roof installation. Kimberly, Francisco, and all the Customer Service people were very nice and easy to communicate with and especially Kimberly that had very difficult time communicating with my neighbor that I’m sharing the roof with. He had a block on his phone and Kimberly couldn’t contact him on less she contacted me first. I feel that took a lot of patience and time from her busy schedule. Installed a roof, 3 doors, and they also conducted warranty work on the storm door. The roof and the doors were installed within a couple weeks of the quote. The warranty work on the storm door took a little bit of time. All great work, would recommend giving them a call and getting a quote.
